We provide you FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for any goods purchased in our online store.

Please note we do not take responsibility for fees and delay of delivery associated with customs in your country, if any. All customs duties in the destination country shall be paid by the recipient of the goods.

Delivery and shipping of goods purchased in our Online Store is carried out from Monday to Friday. Dispatch and delivery of goods is not made on weekends and public holidays.

If ordering system of our Online Store indicates a lack of delivery in your region – delivery of goods in your region is not carried out. You can contact us via e-mail [email protected] for further information about the possible delivery to your region.

 

Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-7 working days from the date of purchased. The processing shipping terms indicated on the product page.

Dear Customers, you can return your goods purchased in our Online store within 14 days of receipt of goods.
If you want to return item please let us know by e-mail [email protected] with notification WHY YOU RETURN YOUR GOODS.

Please note all goods is accepted for return only in the initial state:
– Goods should not be used, altered or washed
– Goods should be packed in the original packaging
– Goods should be contain the original signs and labels.

The return of goods is paid by the customer and it includes: the cost of shipping, packaging, postage and custom fees. Goods that are come back to return in bad condition can be sent back to the customer at his expense.

Return of the goods will be made through the International express delivery services DHL EXPRESS or which we (SOSNOVSKA Online Store) used to deliver the goods to the customer.

Please note when you making return of the goods indicate for delivery and customs – RETURN OF THE GOODS.
At RETURN delivery please specify the full description of the goods, weight, number and date of invoice witch specified in the customer’s delivery documents. Please attach this invoices to the package of documents for return.

Return of money will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of parcels.
In case of wrong delivery address specified or non-payment of back delivery duty, we will not get the goods, and it will be delivered to you back. In this case, you will pay the cost of return shipment.

Please note that all products indicated as “SALE” or “SAMPLE SALE”( except to individual customer’s coupons) to return is not accepted.
